All visitors, patient and staff are required to pay and display a ticket when using a designated car parking space at the hospital.

3-8 hours = £2.80p

8-24 hours = £3.50p

Access to the car park is made via Garden Street.

The Trust Board have made the decision to charge blue badge holders for parking to show equity across all staff, patients and visitor groups. This decision was implemented in May 2018 and the standard tariff charges now apply to all across the East Lancashire Hospital sites. The Trust has made sure blue badge parking continues to be accessible and convenient for the use of its facilities. Furthermore the Trust has adhered to the national ratio for car parking spaces and where possible added addition spaces to enhance the patient, staff and visitor experience.
