The Trust has a total of over 950 in-patient beds at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital and Burnley General Teaching Hospital. In-patient rehabilitation services are also provided at Pendle Community Hospital and at the Rakehead Unit at Burnley General Hospital, which specialises in neurological rehabilitation.
Out-patient and diagnostic services are also provided at Accrington Victoria Community Hospital, Clitheroe Community Hospital, Rossendale and St. Peter's Primary Health Care Centres and various premises and health centres throughout East Lancashire.

The Trust offers a free transport service between the Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital (RBTH), Burnley General Teaching Hospital (BGTH) and Pendle Community Hospital (PCH) for staff, patients and visitors.
