2. Anti-virus Software Application
Programs designed to prevent, detect, and remove viruses, malware, trojans, adware, and related threats.
We have a trust wide license for Power Bi Cloud. This is included as part of our wider Azure contract
3. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
A volume licensing agreement that may include:
- Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Windows Enterprise
- Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
- Azure services (committed or pay-as-you-go)

4. Microsoft Power BI
Or any alternative business intelligence platform used for data connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.
For each of the above areas, I kindly request the following:
- Who is the existing supplier for this contract?
- What is the annual spend for each contract?
- What is the description of the services provided?
- Primary brand (where applicable)

9. How many licences or users are included (where applicable)?
The Trust is unable to provide the information requested as this information is commercial in confidence. This information is exempt under section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as the information would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of those involved.
Section 43 (2) is a qualified exemption which means the Trust must undertake a public interest test. The Trust has considered the public interest in disclosing this information and while it is in the public interest to disclose information that informs the public of how we spend our money, especially where this relates to the provision of public services, we have determined that the prejudice arising from disclosure outweighs the benefit to the public in this instance.
