Temporary Staffing Department source new agencies and use off framework once confirmed by directors of nursing staff.

The Trust are unable to provide an accurate number of shifts as the shifts could be filled with Bank Staff, filled by Agency or remain unfilled.

6.          Can you please confirm the volume of supply, by number of shifts filled and broken down into staff & Shift type, by each OFF-Framework agency for the past 6 months for Nursing & HCA Staff.

All shifts filled by Off Framework in the last 6 months are for Band 5 Registered Nurses
Nursing 24 – Filled 19 shifts
Thornbury Nursing Service – Filled 527

7.          Can you please confirm the volume of supply, by number of shifts filled and broken down into staff & Shift type, by each ON-Framework agency for the past 6 months for Nursing & HCA Staff.

All Band 5 Registered Nurses

8.          Can you please confirm the total Trust spend per agency, per month, for the past 6 months for agency Nursing & HCA Staff?

·       Weekday shifts – £86.95

·       Saturday/Sunday Shifts – £93.45

·       Bank Holidays – £163.53

10.       For agency Band 5/6 RGN’s & RMNS, A&E/ITU Nurses & Band 2/3 HCA’s, can you please confirm the average OFF-Framework agency hourly charge rate, per hour and for the below shifts:

·       Weekday shifts – £67.00

·       Night Shifts – £70.00

·       Saturday/Sunday Shifts – £75.00

Not currently looking to source new off framework agencies.  This is reviewed continuously by Temporary Staffing.
