*Please note that statutory training is extremely vast across the Trust, and we are unable to identify or quantify this information as it is held and managed locally.
- What was your organisational spend on e-learning in the following years:
2018,2019,2020,2021 and year to date.
The total spend on e-learning from 2018-2022 that we can quantify is:
Learning Management System contract (on which some of the Trust's e-Learning is hosted) – £180,101.
Software for developing digital learning – £50,207
Blood Transfusion package (LearnPro) – < £25,000
The Trust is unable to quantify the staff time around developing the training packages or how e-learning is sourced or developed by different divisions. This is funded individually by different departments throughout the Trust.
3. What percentage of your statutory and mandatory training was delivered via e-learning in the following years: 2018,2019,2020,2021 and year to date.

*Again, please note that due to the vast amount of differing statutory training that takes place across all divisions, and because the nature of this varies between divisions, the Trust is unable to quantify this data.
- What was your organisational training budget for the following years: 2018,2019,2020,2021 and year to date.
The organisational training budget is as follows:
2018 – £728,100
2019 – £694,900
2020 – £924,054
2021 – £1,245,804
2022 – £1,103,425
- Who are your suppliers of e-learning training.
The mandatory training is generally supported and supplied by e-learning for health and Health Education England. This meets the requirements for the Core Skills Training Framework.
Learn-Pro provides the training for Blood Transfusion.
Any other training can vary depending on the area, including bespoke training carried out by different divisions. We do not hold that information due to the vastness and variety of job roles requiring training within the Trust.
