1) Please state the suppliers – and name of software used – for the following systems used by the trust:
· Electronic patient record – The Trust does not currently have a live EPR System. The Trust is working towards a Cerner Go live date sometime in 2023.
· Patient administration system – Clinicom / Patientcentre.
· Electronic prescribing and medicines administration – The Trust does not currently have a system, although it will be Cerner when this arrives.
· Maternity information system – Badger Maternity System.
· Diagnostic imaging information system – Wellbeing Software - CRIS
· Electronic document management system – The Trust does not have a full electronic document management system.
· Laboratory information management system – Telepath.
· Cyber security services –
We are unable to provide this information as it is commercial in confidence. This information is exempt under section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as the information would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of those involved.
Section 43 (2) is a qualified exemption which means the Trust must undertake a public interest test. The Trust has considered the public interest in disclosing this information and while it is in the public interest to disclose information that informs the public of how we spend our money, especially where this relates to the provision of public services, we have determined that the prejudice arising from disclosure outweighs the benefit to the public in this instance.
2) Please state the expiry date for the trust’s contracts with the suppliers referred to above for the systems in question.
