I am writing to make an open request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In the interest of better patient outcomes and ensuring equity of access to information, I kindly request a copy of all responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests you have received for both the Drug Patient Level Contract Monitoring (DrPLCM) report and SACT Cancer report over the last 12 months. Could the report responses please be in csv format.

This information is essential for the improvement of patient care and services, as well as promoting transparency and fairness in the access to information. I understand that this information should be readily available and hope that this request does not put undue pressure on your services.

If you believe that locating this information goes beyond the 16-hour threshold, I am open to exploring other options for sourcing this information. I am aware that other suppliers are willing to supply this data due to a minimal level of burden.
