Finance, Estates & Facilities, Governance, Performance Informatics, Organisational Development, Procurement. Business Planning, Clinical Care and Governance, EBME all have Diversional Board meetings to identify, manage and review risks within their locality / speciality
If a risk is scored at 15 or above, following presentation and agreement at Divisional Board it is presented at the Risk Assurance Meeting, Chaired by the Medical Director.
Risk Assurance Meeting: to robustly review, scrutinise and recommend all risks scored 15+ across the Divisions and Corporate areas for inclusion onto the Trust Corporate Risk Register (CRR) to ensure that their potential impact to the achievement of Trust’s business objectives is adequately mitigated. The RAM will also review all risks on the CRR including Trust-wide risks scored below 15 which sit under its remit and may equally recommend risks for de-escalation from the CRR
