Please be aware that these figures are for all SARs requests for health records, Radiology, Physiotherapy.  HR staff records and CCTV requests are not included within these figures as they are dealt with by other departments and not by the Subject Access Request Department.

There is a backlog of requests, a clear picture cannot be provided at this point.

Depending on file size, they are either sent recorded delivery or encrypted email.

The Subject Access Team process all requests for health records, Radiology, Physiotherapy, whether they are requested by patients, solicitors, police, other hospitals etc.

HR staff records and CCTV requests are processed by other departments and not by the Subject Access Request Department.
