Please be aware that these figures are for all SARs requests for health records, Radiology, Physiotherapy.  HR staff records and CCTV requests are not included within these figures as they are dealt with by other departments and not by the Subject Access Request Department.

Radiology, Physiotherapy, HR staff records and CCTV requests are dealt with by other members of staff within different departments.  Completing SAR requests for these areas are not full time roles and so we are unable to provide information for this.
