· Nursing - Unable to provide split of staff groups. Total recruitment fees excl Medical Staffing 2018/19 = £34,295.25 2019/20 = £89,499.90
· Allied Health Professionals - Unable to provide split of staff groups. Total recruitment fees excl Medical Staffing 2018/19 = £34,295.25 2019/20 = £89,499.90
2 – Who are the responsible hiring managers for permanent recruitment of the above staffing groups?
A) For general recruitment, the hiring managers are the line manager. For Medical and Dental roles it is usually the clinical director for the area that is recruiting.
3 – Which agencies does the trust currently use and what fee’s / percentage of salary do they charge per placement?
A) For general recruitment we do not use any agencies. For Medical and Dental, the agencies we currently have active recruitment with are BDI Agency and GES Agency.
We have used off framework agencies in the past and the fee is usually 12% of base starting salary. Temporary agency staff is also obtained via the H.T.E and C.C.S framework agencies.
