We are unable to provide the number of internal movers as this information would take longer than 18 hours to collate. In this instance we rely on the exemption given under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act as this would take longer than 18 hours to complete.
How many staff/whole time equivalents manage this process?
A) The system is updated by the Recruitment team for non-medical staff (consisting of 10.69 WTEs - please note that this is only part of their duties) & the Medical Staffing Team for medical staff (consisting of 9.37 WTEs - please note that this is only part of their duties).
Do you have an automated system to manage ESR?
A) The ESR system is a national NHS payroll system, it does require the input of data by dedicated teams within the Trust and also offers some automated data which is transferred from NHS trust to another NHS trust via an electronic interface.

How many people are in your organisation's data quality team?
A) We do not have a specific data quality team. Within IM&T, the performance and information team lead on the management of data quality, but we also have several teams that support data quality as part of their role.
