1)      How many 2^nd Class letters were franked through each of your hospital’s franking machines in the past 12 months at each of the following:

Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital - 49421 pieces

Burnley General Teaching Hospital -  255749 pieces

The Accrington Victoria Community Hospital – 97359 pieces

Pendle Community Hospital - Do not have a franking machine,  it is sent to Burnley General Teaching Hospital.

2)      What is the franking charge being paid by each site for a standard size 2^nd Class letter? 

Clean 40p or 41p for dirty (hand written)

3)      What is the name of the person responsible for the Trust’s Postal budget? 

The responsible person is the Logistics Manager.  They are able to be contacted by calling the Trust switchboard 01254 263555 and asking to be diverted through to them.
