Serves 4
Ingredients:
- One very ripe banana (approx. 63g peeled weight), chopped (13g)
- Two ripe avocados (approx. 280g peeled weight, flesh scooped out of skin (6g)
- Two tablespoons (approx. 30g) unsweetened smooth nut butter (0g)
- 40g unsweetened cocoa powder (0g)
- Two tablespoons milk (dairy or plant based) (0g)
- 160g fresh or frozen raspberries (7g) (optional)
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz together until smooth or place in a bowl and whizz using a hand blender.
2. Divide into 4 small bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes
3. Serve with handful of raspberries
Total carbs = 13g + 6g + 7g = 26g. 4 servings - 26÷4 = 6.5g = 7g carbs per mousse
