In the coming months, we will be transitioning over to a new Patient Engagement Portal and for a time period, you may access your appointment letters in two different looking Patient Engagement Portals, but the same principle applies in that you will receive an SMS to inform you that there is new correspondence to view, and this will automatically take you to the latest appointment letters and leaflets.

If you do receive appointment communication in the future, the live system does have read-aloud technology and can translate to other languages for you.
