  • Fancy holding a stall?

    Fees
The fee for each stall is £50 per day, with additional £15 charge for racks or rails alongside the stall. Payment is required when booking your stall – we are unable to reserve spaces before payment has been made. Space is limited and if you require more than the allocated space for your stall, additional charges will apply.

    Eligibility and terms

  • Stallholders may set up at the Autumn Markets from 8am, and at the Christmas Markets from 8:30am (but not until a member of stall is present)
  • No fundraising activity (including raffles, tombola’s or prize draws) can take place on your stall.
  • No consumables (food and drink of any kind) can be sold due to infection control reasons.
  • We are unable to host Christmas card stalls.
  • Your stall can be manned by a maximum of two people at any one time.
  • No food or drink can consumed behind stalls – stallholders will be required to leave the Market area to have food or drink. If you are a sole trader, discretional eating is permitted.
  • Additional stock storage is only permitted under the covered tables or tidily placed to the rear of the stalls.
  • Stallholders will require their own public liability insurance (proof of which will be needed on application).
  • Stock, personal belongings and takings are the responsibility of the stall holder at all times. The Charity is unable to reimburse stallholders for any loss.
  • Day parking charges will apply to stallholders as they do to other hospital visitors.
