There are 3 roles are formally responsible for the Equality and Diversity Agenda, Although Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion it is not only the responsibility of the 3 individuals to bear the full burden of this huge practical and emotional labour, but it also requires the concerted effort of everyone in the Trust.

Combined salary is £148,895.
c) In the past 12 months the number of staff days across your organisation which have been committed to attending equality training programmes, whether internally run or with external consultants. (staff days = duration of the training programme multiplied by the number of staff in attendance for the course). If unable to provide, please mark as N/A in your return.
All staff have to complete the NHS Core Mandatory Training, and Equality and Diversity and Human Rights – Level 1 is an element of the core mandatory programme which takes 45 minutes to complete.
