A) East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT) provide devices for staff to access their work emails and do not provide general access to Trust emails for staff, the Trust is moving to Office 365 which will provide access to work emails. A specific Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy is in development, however use of emails are covered in the Trust Information Security Policy. OWA is currently available for only a very small number of specified and monitored individuals.

A) No - The Trust has procured Siilo for use as a messaging app across staff group and IT are working to provide app compartmentalisation before deploying it to personal devices alongside the emerging BYOD policy.
