1. The Trust does not analyse investigations into staff fraud by care group, but the total number of investigations for last four full financial years dating back to 2015/16 are given below:
2015/16: 15
2016/17: 10
2017/18: 5
2018/19: 6
2. While the Trust categorises the invoices it raises, since fraudulent staff debt is not separately identified from other staff debt, the Trust is unable to determine how much has been recovered in relation to staff fraud since 2015.
3. 2015/16: 5
2016/17: 0
2017/18: 0
2018/19: Less than 5
Please note that we are unable to provide the data for categories where there are less than 5 individuals involved in the question, as the disclosure of data could lead to an individual being identified or personal data being disclosed in breach of the Data Protection Act.
4. 15/16-17
16/17-8
17/18- 36
18/19- 9
19/20- 13
Please note these figures will include informal cases where no action was required.
5. Please see the attached document for the full response to Q5. We are unable to provide the breakdown for each financial year since 2015 on how many staff reported they had been bullied in their staff survey by department as this would take longer than 18 hours to complete as specified under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act. We have therefore provided you with the Trust level data which is also freely available on the National Staff Survey Website. Directorate reports are also available via the website.
