Supporting your child’s health at every stage

The 0–19 Universal Health Service includes health visitors and school nurses ready to support your family. We deliver the Healthy Child Programme for children and young people living or attending school in Blackburn with Darwen.

We are based in the Family Hubs across Blackburn and Darwen and are available to contact Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm.

You can contact us by telephone on: 01254 585000, Option 2 → select your nearest Family hub or choose any if you are not sure.

By ringing us or calling into your local Family Hub you can speak to your Health Visitor or School Nurse, or access the daily duty service we provide.
