We provide high quality healthcare services primarily to the residents of East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen, which have a combined population in the region of 530,000.
Every week you have the chance to win the £25,000 Unity jackpot plus other fantastic cash prizes, and at the same time, you’re helping us raise funds to improve patient experience.
The more people play the more money we receive, so we need your support. For every £1 entry - at least 50p comes directly to us as profit.
How does it work?
The draw takes place every Friday and each entry costs just £1. When you join our lottery you’re allocated your own 6-digit Unity lottery number. A random winning number is drawn - the aim is to match the winning number.
If you match…
• 6 digits, you’ll win £25,000
• 5 digits, you’ll win £1,000
• 4 digits, you’ll win £25
• 3 digits, you’ll win five entries into the next draw
A match occurs if your digits are in the same place in the sequence as they are in the winning number.
325764 - random winning number
326574 - your lottery number
(This is a three-number match, winning five entries into the next draw]
All winners are notified by post; cash prizes are posted by cheque and prize entries are entered automatically into the next draw, so you can’t miss out!

In October 2020, the Garden of Memories was opened in the grounds of Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital. The garden is a tranquil space for contemplation and reflection. Now that the garden is complete, we now need your support to maintain the upkeep, and are inviting our community to donate plants, that will keep the garden, and the grounds across East Lancashire Hospital Trust looking beautiful all year round.
We would be extremely grateful for donations of bedding plants that will flourish with pretty petals during the summer months and will add a splash of colour to our outside spaces. Not only will your donation have a visible impact it will also make a positive difference to the environment for our colleagues, patients and visitors. To donate please contact the fundraising team on 01254 732120 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Whether you choose a virtual rose, a tulip or a daisy, the funds will enable the charity to plant real-life flowers to maintain our outside spaces.

We know you want to show your appreciation and thank our NHS heroes at East Lancashire Hospital Trust while we all tackle this unprecedented situation.
You can donate directly to the hospital charity and your support will help our staff through care packages and important wellness support, as well as providing extra equipment, as the need is identified and requested.

You can also make cash donations at General Office at Royal Blackburn Hospital, or Burnley General Hospital - just specify that the cash is a charitable donation for ELHT&Me. Alternatively, contact us to collect a cash donation.
Please make all cheques payable to ‘ELHT and Me’, including those for a specific service or department. When cheques are cashed, we can allocate the funds to your desired service or department, under the ELHT&Me charitable umbrella - just let us know if there's somewhere specific you want your donation to go.

Your donations make a huge difference for patients; improving the hospital environment, buying state-of-the-art medical equipment, funding research and teaching, and helping us to go way beyond the NHS standard. Donors are able to stipulate how they would like their monies to be spent or which area of care they would like to support.
The income generated, mainly through donations and legacies, helps to enhance the services of the Trust. ELHT&Me ensures that all funds donated to the NHS are dealt with and accounted for properly, in accordance with Charity Commission and NHS regulations.
