3.       We are unable to provide a copy of the business plan due to the inclusion of commercially sensitive information within.  In this instance we rely on section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as the information would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of those involved.

4.       We are unable to provide a copy of the capital plan due to the inclusion of commercially sensitive information within.  In this instance we rely on section 43 (commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), as the information would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of those involved.  Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and unconfirmed capital allocations, we currently do not have the allocated amounts for current and future projects for the 2020/21 financial year.  We are therefore unable to provide a high level allocation breakdown.
