I am submitting this request to gather insights into Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems used across the NHS (including primary care, community and acute organisations) and their respective procurement processes, existing contracts and annual costs. Please find this broken down in structured sections below.

EPR Systems Usage:
 A detailed list of all EPR systems currently in use across all NHS sectors, including but not limited to:

·       Acute trusts

·       Mental health trusts

·       Community trusts

·       Ambulance trusts

·       Primary care

·       Any other relevant NHS bodies

For each core EPR system in use in your organisation, please specify the name of the system and the name of the supplier and which care sector its primary use is for.Annual Expenditure:
The annual expenditure of your NHS organisation on their respective EPR systems for financial year 2023/24.
Please include a breakdown of costs if possible.Contract Renewal Dates:
The contract renewal dates for the EPR systems. If possible, please include the start date of the current contract and the duration of the contract term.Digital Maturity.
Where possible please provide your digital Maturity score by system/care sector (where Organisation provides care across multiple care sectors).
