Following an enormous amount of preparatory work, dates for the next set of teams to move out of Accrington Victoria have now been confirmed.
We recognise that as plans have developed there has been a wider impact on colleagues and services than originally anticipated, with teams having to relocate from their bases elsewhere in Accrington to accommodate the services relocating from AVH. The final part of phase two is now underway with the following moves happening on 29 November:

We have kept as many of our services as possible within Accrington - focussing on key services such as:
- Minor Injuries Unit (MIU)
- X-Ray
- General Outpatients
- GP services delivered by PWE Healthcare
New locations for these services are around one mile away from Accrington Victoria with bus services right outside Acorn Health Centre and ample parking.

Along with keeping people informed of the physical moves and where their services will be delivered from, we want to ensure all of the memories, the key moments in life that have happened at Accrington Victoria and all of the artefacts, images and historical plaques on the walls are preserved and cherished for the future.
