Please see below details of where patient clinics and services that are currently provided at Accrington Victoria are moving to and when (where available):

We have kept as many of our services as possible within Accrington - focussing on key services such as:

• Minor Injuries Unit (MIU)
• X-Ray
• General Outpatients 
• GP services delivered by PWE Healthcare

New locations for these services are around one mile away from Accrington Victoria with bus services right outside Acorn Health Centre and ample parking. 

What happens next?

Along with keeping people informed of the physical moves and where their services will be delivered from, we want to ensure all of the memories, the key moments in life that have happened at Accrington Victoria and all of the artefacts, images and historical plaques on the walls are preserved and cherished for the future.

 

People with a connection to Accy Vic or who have a story or a photograph they’d like to share are asked to get in touch – we would absolutely love to hear and see them – and maybe they will spark ideas about what happens next.
