TNAs at ELHT rotate within medicine for older people, acute medicine, surgery and into the community.

TNAs also experience all 4 fields of nursing and will have placements in hospital, close to home and at home.

Once qualified, Nursing Associates are employed as a band 4 and are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
