Due to industrial action affecting our Blood Sciences department we need to temporarily change our walk-in blood testing service.
On Monday, 15 June we will only be able to carry out urgent blood tests. Unfortunately, routine blood tests will not be available via the walk-in service at Blackburn, Burnley and Rossendale.
This is because staffing levels will be significantly reduced and we must prioritise patients with urgent or clinically critical needs.
What this means for you:

If your test is urgent, please attend as normal with your request form

If your test is routine, please do not attend on Monday,15 June and rearrange for another day
