Calling all Burnley football fans working at our Burnley hospital site! You have a unique opportunity to feature in a match day programme as part of a feature that recognises key workers.
For Burnley’s upcoming away fixture versus West Ham, the clubs are looking to celebrate key workers who are Burnley FC fans and who have been working in Burnley. If you are chosen, you will feature in their next programme alongside 25 West Ham supporting key workers.
10 of these spaces have been allocated to Burnley General Teaching Hospital! For the chance to be selected, all you need to do is send us your details including:
· Full name
· Age
· Job Title
· Status and length of time as a Burnley supporter (e.g season ticket holder)
· Photograph (good quality in your uniform)
· Email address
Please be aware that by providing this information, if selected, you are consenting to having your photo and details published in the match day programme both electronically and in hard copy. You may also be featured on the websites of the football clubs, the Trust and any associated charities. Burnley FC may also get in touch via email if more detail is needed on the build up to the match.
