1. Can you provide a breakdown by ethnicity of all those who died after waiting for longer than 18 weeks to receive consultant-led elective hospital treatment in each of the time periods referred to in my original request, please?
(If possible, I would like to know the total number of people who died from each ethnic group over this whole time period, as well as in each individual year, please).
1a. Can you also provide an ethnicity breakdown of the people who died after waiting for longer than 52 weeks to receive consultant-led elective hospital treatment in each of these time periods, please?
(If possible, I would like to know the total number of people who died from each ethnic group over this whole time period, as well as in each individual year, please).
1b. For all those who died after waiting for longer than 18 weeks to receive consultant-led elective hospital treatment in each of these time periods, please tell me what treatment functions they were on the waiting list for when they died. For example, I'd like to know how many of the people who died were on the waiting lists for respiratory, cardiology, gynecology treatments, etc.
(If possible, please break this down by ethnicity too).

No inference of causation: These figures record deaths from any cause while on a waiting list
beyond 18 or 52 weeks. They do not indicate that the death was caused by the condition on the waiting list or by the length of the wait.
